Shipping Policy

At Southern Yankee, every item is handcrafted or made to order.

Processing time: 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Custom orders may require additional production time.
Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or another carrier based on the best available rate.
Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
Southern Yankee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Return & Refund Policy

Because many of our products are handmade and personalized, we have a limited return policy.

Item received is incorrect
Defect in workmanship

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos.

Personalized or custom-made items
Orders with customer-provided names, photos, or designs
Minor color variations due to screen settings
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered, Southern Yankee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly.
